Mixed feelings about ADHD fit. On one hand: local-first, free, extensible, an excellent Notion alternative. On the other: it’s a toolbox, not a finished tool — and ADHD brains are notoriously vulnerable to the ‘perfect system that never ships’ trap.

Nuanced take: Obsidian fits ADHDers who already have a system. For a beginner, Bear or Capacities are less risky.

The danger: six months of tuning without capturing a single useful note.
