About
Who, why, how
I'm Nissiel, 29, late-diagnosed AuDHD adult from Paris. I'm not a psychiatrist or psychologist. I'm someone who reads clinical papers, talks to people who live with ADHD/AuDHD, and writes what the research actually says.
Why this site exists
When I started digging into my own diagnosis, I had to navigate between three Reddit forums, a clinician's blog, and four scientific papers — mostly in English — just to understand my own brain. French-speaking adults deserve better.
Editorial principles
- Every claim is sourced. Every number comes with a peer-reviewed citation or a verifiable testimony.
- Warm, not condescending. "You" instead of "patients". No lecturing tone.
- Honest about uncertainty. When the research is shaky, we say so. When a number is contested, we contextualise.
- No advertising, no affiliate, no tracking. The site is free and will stay free.
