Methodology
How we work
Sourcing
- Tier 1: peer-reviewed (PubMed, Cochrane, meta-analyses)
- Tier 2: official guidelines (HAS, NICE, DSM, ICD, APA)
- Tier 3: clinician blogs + verified patient associations
- Tier 4: lived-experience testimonies (clearly labelled, anonymised)
Every non-trivial claim carries a citation. Numbers without a source are tagged
[ESTIMATE] or [UNVERIFIED].
Writing process
- Topic research (30+ sources typical for a pillar)
- Draft with inline citations
- Contrary evidence section (required for every major claim)
- Plain-language pass (no jargon unless defined)
- Warmth pass (ton tutoiement, no condescension)
- Link check + publish
Updates
Pages are reviewed when new meta-analyses land or we spot an error. Update dates are visible at the top of each article.
