Reclaim.ai — Calendar assistant that automatically protects focus blocks, habits and buffer time
Calendar assistant that automatically protects focus blocks, habits and buffer time. Free tier is genuinely useful.

The pragmatic compromise between Motion (too expensive / complex) and vanilla Google Calendar. The free Lite tier already lets you protect a full week of focus blocks.
The most useful feature for ADHD brains: ‘Habit’. You declare ‘I want 3 × 30min of sport per week’, Reclaim finds the slots, moves them if there’s a conflict, protects them as ‘Busy’ blocks. Executive externalisation with zero cognitive cost.
No official ADHD positioning, but regularly cited in ADHD guides. Limit: Google / Microsoft ecosystem only.
